Bridgepoint Education, Inc. (NYSE: BPI), a provider of postsecondary education services focused on providing higher access to higher education, has promoted Kendra Myers to vice president of human resources.
“Kendra has done tremendous work, building upon Bridgepoint’s continued growth and success,” said Charlene Dackerman, senior vice president of human resources. “She has been instrumental to our Human Resources department.”
Myers has served Bridgepoint’s corporate community since 2006, where she’s been the associate vice president of human resources since September 2009. During her tenure, Myers implemented the ADP HRMS System and Self Service program and earned her certification in Human Resources from Chapman University.
In her new role, Myers will support the leadership team in managing the organization, focusing on areas such as organizational planning, organizational development, employment, indoctrination and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health and employee services.
