Close to 2,000 fans, players and coaches are expected to gather at the San Diego Convention Center to enjoy an afternoon of football stories and great food at the annual Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl luncheon.
The event begins at 11 a.m. with the always popular Battle of the Bands in the Sails Pavilion. At noon, fans will have the opportunity to listen to coaches from the Texas Longhorns and California Golden Bears discuss their teams and the upcoming Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl game. Speakers will also include ESPN personalities and players from each team.
Attendees will enjoy a season’s worth of highlights on a number of big screen monitors and learn more about the journey that led both teams to San Diego for the 34th annual Holiday Bowl.
The Bridgepoint Education Holiday Bowl kicks off at 5:00 p.m. PST on Wednesday, December 28 at Qualcomm Stadium.
