Waypoint Outcomes Achieves Certification for Learning Tools Interoperability v1.1

Certification ensures Waypoint can be efficiently adopted into all Learning Management Systems certified by the IMS Global Learning Consortium

Waypoint Outcomes, a source of academic assessment and analysis technologies from Bridgepoint Education, Inc. (NYSE:BPI), today announced its conformance certification for Learning Tool Interoperability (LTI) v1.1. The certification is a widely-used global technical standard for education applications conferred by the IMS Global Learning Consortium.

By developing open technology standards, LTI v1.1 has eliminated the need for costly and time-consuming custom programming. Users are able to safely integrate innovative learning applications and content for seamless access by students and teachers.
