Bridgepoint Education Receives Chief Learning Officer Magazine's Gold LearningElite Award
Award acknowledges organizations that use exemplary workforce development strategies to achieve significant business results
Bridgepoint's Director of Talent Development Shannon Wellman accepts the 2016 CLO Gold LearningElite Award on behalf of Bridgepoint Education.

Bridgepoint Education was one of the honorees announced during the LearningElite Gala held on April 4 in Amelia Island, Fla. Presented by Chief Learning Officer magazine, the LearningElite Awards honor organizations that are leaders in the field of learning and development.

“Bridgepoint’s Learning & Development team has worked hard to develop and implement a top notch learning program that is beneficial to the organization and its employees,” said Beckie Magnuson, associate vice president of Learning & Development at Bridgepoint Education. “It is definitely an honor to be recognized for a third year in a row for our practices in learning and development.”

The LearningElite Award is the only peer-reviewed benchmarking program developed in collaboration with chief learning officers and senior workforce development practitioners. It applies rigorous statistical analysis to evaluating the learning and development services that companies provide and ranks the organizations based upon business impact as well as innovation and execution. Bridgepoint Education was named a Gold LearningElite organization.

Bridgepoint was also selected by Chief Learning Officer Media to receivere the Editor's Choice award for "Best Small Company Under 4,000 Full-Time Employees."
